Uzbekistan Visa Requirements for U.S. Citizens

Uzbekistan E-Visa:

TOURIST E-VISA:

Uzbekistan E-Visa is issued for single entry with validity of 3 months, with stay 30 days or less.

• Professional, High Resolution color copy of the data page of your US Passport bio data page and signature page (page 2 and 3 on your passport).
• Professional, High Resolution color  passport type photo, taken within 6 months on complete white background without any shadows. Photo should be 2”x 2” with front view, no smiling, and no glasses.
• Completed Application Form.

TOURIST VISA:

• Submit your signed passport having two (2) completely blank “visa” pages and 6 months validity beyond the travel dates. If you need help securing, renewing, or updating your passport, please contact GenVisa at 800-845-8968 for requirements and fees.
• 2 Visa Application Forms, fully completed, printed, and signed.
• 2 Recent Professional Passport-type photographs.
• Copy of return or onward tickets or travel agency/airline itinerary in each traveler’s name.

BUSINESS VISA

• Business multiple or single-entry visas are issued only upon confirmation received by the Embassy, from the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Uzbekistan. A formal written request for issuance of visa must be submitted by the inviting organization in Uzbekistan (Government office, Embassy or representative office, etc.) to the Consular Department of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Uzbekistan (address: 9 Uzbekistan St., Tashkent, 700029)
• A business letter of responsibility is required, to be typewritten on your company letterhead and addressed to: Embassy of Uzbekistan, Visa Section, Washington D.C.

The letter must explain all of the following:

• The purpose of travel
• Business reference to be visited in Uzbekistan
• Guarantee financial support for the applicant while in Uzbekistan
• Return transportation to the U.S.A
