GENERAL INFORMATION
For cruises that include Australia: US, Canadian, UK and German passport holders must obtain an Electronic Travel Authority (ETA) or e-visa. This cannot be processed by a third party. You must personally obtain this via a smartphone application. Click here for Instructions.
For cruises that include Canada, including Alaska cruises: for the list of visa-exempt and visa-required nationalities, please visit the following Canadian immigration website: https://www.canada.ca/en/immigration-refugees-citizenship/services/visit-canada/entry-requirements-country.html#visaRequired.
For cruises that include Chile: passport holders from 88 countries, including the US, Canada, Mexico, EU, UK, Indonesia, Japan, Malaysia, South Korea, Singapore, Thailand, Vietnam, South Africa, New Zealand, Israel, UAE, can enter Chile without a visa.

For cruises that include Japan: citizens of US, EU, Canada, UK, Mexico, Brazil, New Zealand, South Korea, Australia, Taiwan, Singapore are visa exempt to travel to Japan for a stay up to 90 days, Qatar and UAE for a stay up to 30 days, Indonesia and Thailand for a stay up to 15 days.
For cruises that include Hong Kong: citizens of 170 foreign countries (territories) may visit Hong Kong for a visa-free stay from 7 days to 180 days. Nationals of the US, Europe, Australia, Canada, and New Zealand don’t require a visa to enter Hong Kong for stays of 90 days, UK nationals for a stay of 180 days.

For cruises that include Singapore: citizens of US, EU, New Zealand, Norway, South Korea, Switzerland are entitled to visa exemption for 90 days. Citizens of Canada, UK, Mexico, Brazil, Australia, South Africa are entitled to visa exemption for 30 days.
For cruises that include South Korea: citizens of US, EU, New Zealand, Norway, Switzerland, Mexico, Brazil, Australia are entitled to visa exemption for 90 days, citizens of Canada up to 6 months, Saudi Arabia and South Africa are entitled to visa exemption for 30 days
For cruises that include Taiwan: nationals of US, EU, Canada, UK, New Zealand, South Korea, are allowed to travel to Taiwan for up to 90 days without a visa, Singapore, and Malaysia for up to 30 days.
For cruises that include Thailand: citizens of US, Canada, UK, EU, Mexico, Brazil, Australia, New Zealand, Saudi Arabia, Singapore, South Africa, India, and China are entitled to visa exemption for 60 days for the purposes of tourism.
For cruises that include Vanuatu: regular passport holders from 117 countries do not require visas to enter Vanuatu for tourism purposes.
